I have had problems associating BPM results due to multiple users with the same name. I didn't do it intentionally, but I have 3 identical names for 1 profile. How do I get rid of the duplicates and and keep the associated name?

You can delete a user using the Web Dashboard. This article from our Help Center will help you:

If you want to export the data of the other users and import them to your own profile before deleting the unwanted users, please follow these articles:
