    Hello,

Thank you for informing us about your situations. I invite you first to check this page from our Help Center:

    - BPM Connect - No data is synced with my account. What should I do?

You can also follow these instructions:

    1) Check that the battery level is 40% or higher. If it's not, charge the monitor for 2 hours. Take another measurement and verify if it is now sent to your app.

    2) If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, reboot the monitor by plugging in to charge and pressing and holding the button for 30 seconds or until its display turns off then back on. If the data are still not syncing, reconfigure the device for Wi-Fi use, as explained in this article.

    3) If the situation persists, perform a factory reset. You will find the steps to follow here. Then, reinstall your BPM Connect.

Should your data still not be transferred to your Health Mate account after that, please email us via http://within.gs/help.

    Have a nice weekend,

After upgrading to firmware version 1501, the BPM no longer appears to even try uploading via Bluetooth. As soon as I long press to assign the measurement (which previously wasn't a required step), the display shows a checkmark and immediately shuts off. Prior to the firmware upgrade, it would show a spinner until it connected to Bluetooth and uploaded data. I'm suspicious it doesn't remember that it was configured for Bluetooth but I have no idea how to reconfigure it.
