    Thank you for letting us know about your situation. I'm sorry that you weren't able to reach out to us.

     

    In order to email us, please go to http://within.gs/help > use your Health Mate credentials or the Guest mode > "Apps" > "Health Mate - iOS App" or "Health Mate - Android App" > "Troubleshooting". You will arrive on a page with several articles from our Help Center. Down below, you will see "How would you like to get in touch?". Click on "Send us an email" in order to message us. You can also send us a private message on Facebook or on Twitter if you wish to. 

     

    I hope I was able to help you. As you said, it is better not to share personal information in public. That's why I suggest that you delete your post or at least remove the screenshots you shared in your thread once you've managed to contact us.

    I already did but have not received any replies about this since July 25.  The support request number is #1819386.  I have made any another inquiry referencing that number have not received any acknowledgement,  It would be appreciated if someone can reach out to me about this.
