I've been trying to email tech support about this but there is no email for support. Is there an address I need to send this to. This is very serious if I am to share my report with my cardiologist.
I am getting very desperate and frustrated trying to find a support email to send this problem to. No where on the web site and no email under "Contact Us". Simple "firstname.lastname@example.org" bounced so I'm going to try this here although it's personal health data and I really shouldn't. So, in desperation I'm asking for all of you to help and is you know how to get hold of support I'll be very grateful.
Here seem to be 2 very serious error in the "Health Report" generated by the Withings app on my phone (IOS)
1. Attached is the Health Report that I generated for June 24-July 24 where it shows that 19% of my BP reading is over 140/90. However the actual table of BP readings record by the app shows no such thing! Only one reading is at 130/91 (June 24) What is going on?
2. The Health Report shows that for that period there's only 1 days with sign of Afib. But looking at the actual data from the app, it clearly shows that there's 18 days with 46 Events. How can the Health Report summary be so wrong? This is a serious problem with the app in summarizing data for the Health Report.
