Hi I am about to travel to Sweden from Aust where I bought my watch.

When I travel to a different country and time line, will the HR Sport watch time change ,automatically?

Hello @daz.clark,

Yes, Steel HR automatically updates the time once it has been synchronized with Health Mate. If that is not the case, however, you can also manually change the time, as explained here.

No sir it does not change on its own you will have to manually do it
