Health Mate iOS 16.0 app 5.11.1 crashes

PS I closed app and relaunched and same issue. Also I deleted the app and reinstalled and still same issue.

I have a similar issue since iOS public beta 2. I reach the first screen in the app and as soon as I click one level deeper (e.g. weight) the app crashes instantaneous.

restart of app or iPhone didn’t solve this issue

Wel Iphone 8  IOS 15,6  

1 - I can prove that your app is damn bad. -1 Crashing on IOS 15.6 And the battery overheats extremely, causing the crash FAQ You burn some palms on the phone. Only with your app.

2 Other apps work normally without crash without getting hot.
  My Fitbit app
My Strava app
My Vhealth app
all other non-health apps don't get as extremely hot as your health mate app. In addition, this strange batteries are no longer normal. now I understand why it is so overheated .. Fix it, as I already indicated in the review in the ios app shop.

Fix this but first I mainly buy products from Withings and from Fitbit (which is now from google apparently) To Withings and all in all put down 700 euros for all equipment.. First make sure that the app works well, and saves battery and not so gets extremely hot, causing it to crash

iOS 16.0 (20A5339d) and Health Mate 5.11.1 - App opens but crashes when any chat views are opened. For example, when I check weight history, the app closes without warning when the chart is opening. This occurs on several other charts.

Well also crash on all what you like to do  add medication ect crash
do nothing crash and Batery overhead crashing  I am ahve 320 app on Ipone 8 and 319 dont overhead battery only Whitings app have this Issus. May not compatible with Iphone 8  IOS 15,6 update .

Well add via website more option to add manuel medication ect. when your app so crapy crashing is.
next week all withings products come here home, and wiht al crashing we can pair it

Via appel review OMG Already 10x Uninstal and restal  This App maker dont understand norhing may i am must send all withigs tomorow  back to amzon 700 eur on all out the shop.

Yea right  What have crashiing do wiht instal uninstal 10 time, and battery stil overhead en crash. godthanks more peeps have this problem.  It wil never fix by Whtings. i am feel me  scam, and they saying whitings is the best on the marked? Suppord is low.

I had the same problem with iOS16 public beta3. I received iOS16 public beta4 this morning and am happy to report that it no longer crashes when tested.

Iphone 8 dont have any IOS 16  Only 15,6 so far 2022-08-16 01;00 AM amsterdam time zone.
Whtings know  problem but do nothing to it,  then a standard mail advise  Delete app  Reinstal wel afther 10 time its Overgead abttery extremly to Burn wond to hand,  wel overhead is crashing.

I also tested with iOS 16 public beta 4, and it is not crashing. Hopefully it will stay that way.

Today I updated my phone to version 16.4 public beta and the app no ​​longer crashes

LOL every one call anout IOS 16,5  Must be fake IOS.
Iphone 8 dont have any IOS 16  Only 15,6 Last update 14-aug-2022 So dont tel me about ios 16,4 Tere is no any ON update in Iphone 8 FAQ , wel today recieve al Whtings Proudct,  cant pair crash crash overhead crash,  when pair  update need crash and game over 20% update crash and notjing working more.

We contact Amazon and the ship whit links to this forum and ios shop about crap app and suppord.

Everyone -  we were running the iOS 16 BETA - read the word "BETA"

I also updated to IOS beta 16.4 and the problem is resolved. The previous APPLE beta was the issue and not the Health Mate app and was corrected in 16.4 IOS. 

And we runing 15,6 ios, but to late all going back to amazon. refund 700€ euro and welcome wellue  this ap work normal
