How can I turn on sleep and breathing disturbances on my Health Mate app?

Hello @nudgepad66+040,

If you have a Sleep or a Sleep Analyzer, you don't need to activate any features. All the data will be measured by your device and available in your Health Mate app the day after when tapping on your night.
