BP connect inaccurate measurements

Good question. I compare it to two different OMRON devices and my doctor's office it is 10-15 points HIGH (sometime, unbelievably, more than that, even). And, I cannot get mine to update software to the latest version.

Similar experience here; 40-50 points higher than the hospital machine. Have reached out to support about recalibrating...

Same here. Consistently 20 points high compared to my doctor's office manual cuff.

Has anyone gotten a response from this company yet ?

To their credit, Withings support did respond shortly after I brought this to their attention. They outlined a testing procedure, which I followed and reported (conclusion: readings verified to be high). The next response was less useful, an evasion along the lines of "Sure you're doing this right? Do again". I've proposed an alternate resolution; we'll see.

mine is about 20 points high consistently from the doc's cuff, i even brought it in and had the nurse verify. eager to see what happens with yours.
