User friendliness

I've bought the bpm connect connect as a fathers day gift so my dad and our family can keep record of our blood pressure. At the beginning I had set up the device to 3 profiles which I have completed with great difficulty. My main concern is that because this device is much more technological than your traditional BP monitoring device it is not so user friendly for those who are non tech savvy. My parents are 70 years old. After I have figured out the functions of this devices I had to educate my parents. The struggle they had faced is configuring to saving their records to their own profile. So you have to press and hold for 2 seconds until the name scrolls to your own. When teaching my parents, mistakes were made. My dad was accidentally saving his BP records to my profile. My feedback for this device would be to improve the user friendliness. Overall this is a magnificent innovative device which advances our health technology. Keep up the good work Withings.
