Purchased it about 2 months ago in the US, and am based in Singapore.
Crown is just not responding ... no matter how hard you press it or how much effort you put. Frustrating, having spent close to 500 USD.
Contacting support isn't easy. I looked at other articles,
- No debris, not fallen, maintaining it very well, fully charged ... and the crown has become useless.

Please rinse your ScanWatch Horizon under warm water while rotating the bezel. Afterwards, allow the watch to dry overnight. If the situation persists after that, I invite you to email us by clicking on http://within.gs/help.
