Charging base not charging

I am not sure if my charging base is no longer charging or if the battery in my watch no longer works.  I have had my watch for around 3 years now and I am wondering if it's just the battery.  What's my best option right now? I can't see a place to buy a new charger and where do I get the information to get a new battery.  I have an HR Steel.

    I'm sorry to hear that your Steel HR is not charging anymore. Please check the troubleshooting steps we provided in this thread.

    I am having the exact same problem.  I was  in touch with withings rep and they sent me a new charger about two months ago.

    That worked for about 2 charges worth, but my Steel HR watch does not charge again.  I have followed the instructions to clean the watch and contacts and reset it but it would not reset.  I took it to a jeweller to replace the battery but they did not want to touch it.  I am trying to get a hold of a withings rep but have had no luck this time.
