steps and miles wrong on watch

Using steel hr steps showing on watch 162187 and 71.74 miles. On healthmate app on samsung phone steps are 1058 which will be correct.

Please advise on how to correct the watch readings. All other readings on the watch are ok.

My problem from the start. The steps and distance seem to be random number generated. The so-called help people say it is dictated by the height and weight we enter at some point. I’m told there is no way to correct it because Withings is ultra pure and correct.
