I got a code on the scale that batteries are low. I replaced the batteries, screen is blank. Replaced with brand new batteries, still dead.

Hi @bgkhawk,
Are you using new, non-rechargeable Energizer or Duracell batteries? We advise using these types of batteries with our scales.
If yes, please remove the batteries of your scale for a 60 seconds and clean the battery contacts with a cotton swab, moistened with rubbing alcohol. After that, reinsert the batteries (make sure that they are in the correct polarity), place the scale down on hard floor, wait 10 seconds and weigh yourself.
