    well that is not very much help, is it? The watch is within its 2 yr warranty period, after all.

    Amazon's reply to me today: 'As I'm seeing here, your product was manufactured by one of our helpful manufacturer here on Amazon, I suggest you to contact them directly and request a replacement for free since you have warranty to them, how's that sound? '

    And this today from Amazon also ' please tell them [ie You] that the return window expired so they can process the replacement'

    In this case, you can email us at http://within.gs/help, join a photo of the back side of the watch and indicate how the back case has fallen off. Please also mention that Amazon told you to reach out to us.
