I was also told to clean the watch and the contact on the charger. It didn't work. The support staff then suggested to drain the battery. So I left my watch uncharged and tried to forget it. Then, ...

Mine one also died last evening pointing 8:05 and I'm sure >50% of battery remains. It looks like completely bricked. Even when I put it on the charger, the display remains blank.
