Looks like it's alive again! This is what did the trick for me:1- Left watch alone (not worn) for 24h+ (possibly draining any battery left, did not wash it as some suggested)2- Put on charge for 2h...

My Steel HR also died today, while I updated my iphone to ios 12.4. Nothing work anymore
