    Try a different brand of battery.  I used a Duracell battery successfully.  I apologise that I cannot reply in French.

    I know.  My wife still uses a Fitbit and nearly always reaches her target.  I hardly ever reach mine - both 8000 steps and we do the same things mostly.  :-(

    Yeah, I used to use a Fitbit and can confirm that the MoveECG records far fewer steps.  On the other hand, the Fitbit would record ANY movement as steps, whether you were walking or polishing a car...

    Sounds to me like the button is no longer making contact.  If you have the right tools to press the back on again, you could take the back off, remove the battery, and then try to clean the contact...
