Ok so the bottom like here is what I did and it solved the problem 1. Factory Reset the Watch 2. Log out and delete the app from the phone, 3. Go into bluetooth settings on your phone and forget...

Mine is no longer working either any updates here it won't pair with my iPhone X or my iPad pro Doesn't even show in the bluetooth menu
