    As crazy and unbelievable as this is, I cleaned my leds and replaced batteries and today, voila! I’ve got my fat mass measurement back again. Thanks for this tip. I never would have thought of it...

    For the record my scale is showing that it is on Firmware version 79. Has anybody seen a more recent version than this? Should I start thinking about replacing this device at this point?

    I’ve emailed support a number of times now and I haven’t ever gotten a reply. Does the support team ever address their users or have they abandoned us with the Nokia takeover??
