How can I launch a workout mode?
Users can activate the workout mode by simply pushing the side button of the watch to record a sport session with GPS connectivity. Once paired with a smartphone, users can track their pace, distance, calories burned, elevation and map their workouts while walking, running or cycling. Pace and distance can be tracked live on the user’s phone and after a session, the user’s workout route can be viewed in the Health Mate app.

Two electrodes are discreetly integrated inside the main body of the watch, and the third electrode is in the stainless steel bezel of the watch.
