BPM Connect and Body Smart scale not syncing

    Strange. I tried using the app to change the screens displayed when I use the scales.

    This change took a little time. However I have weight myself just now. The change to the screens displayed on the scale have been implemented.

    So the app is in communication with the scales. Just not syncing to collect results.

    The scales are showing the weather forecast and the air quality when I weigh myself. So it appears that they are using WiFi ok.

    I have just weighed myself again. The scales synced OK this time. It brought through 5 other sets of figures. That were not synchronised earlier today.

    I have tried the BPM Connect again. Took another reading for me OK. Still not synced since yesterday morning.

    We just purchased the same two devices and are having similar problems. The syncing of data from the devices to the app is downright flakey. It's been two hours now without a sync. No error messages, no way to figure out what the problem is. We'll keep plugging along, hoping to stumble onto the answer. The syncing was the selling point for us. Live and learn.
