If you get a message saying "This accessory is not made to work with iPhone", perform the following steps:

  1. Try connecting the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone.
  2. If the issue persists, please reach out to Customer Service as there may be an issue with your Blood Pressure Monitor.
  3. If you can connect the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone, clean the dock connector of your iPhone with an ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) safe brush.
    You can also reach out to Apple support if you suspect that there is an issue with the dock connector of your iPhone.
