The Withings App allows you to visualize your data over time with detailed graphs of the history of your different measurements. There are two ways to access this information:
- The Home tab shows your measurements from oldest to newest in the order they were taken. Tapping on an item in the Home view takes you to the detailed view of your history for that measurement type.
- The Measure tab gives you access to your measurement tables for each type of measurement recorded across the Withings product ecosystem.
For Withings+ users, it is also where you can view your Health Improvement Score.
Weight measurements
Tap the weight card, and scroll down to see your weight, body fat, and other body composition measurements.
The weight trend line represents the average value of your measurements. Each day, it takes into account all past measurements, giving more importance to the most recent ones. The trend curve helps you to better analyze your weight data by ignoring fluctuations due to measurements taken under different conditions.
Notes:
- Children weight normality zones will only appear for children aged 0 to 10 years.
- The weight trend line is calculated using a moving average.
Blood pressure and heart rate measurements
Tap the Blood Pressure or Heart Rate card to view the respective graph. If you have any SpO2 measurements, they will be displayed in the Heart rate graph.
