If your steps don't appear in the leaderboard of your friends or on the online dashboard, it's probably because your data isn't syncing with our servers. Similarly, if your friends' data doesn't appear in your leaderboard, it is due to a syncing issue on their side.
To fix this issue, perform the following steps:
- Make sure your mobile device can access the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- If you're using the a combination of in-app tracking and your own Withings tracker, make sure you sync your tracker once you get it back.
The steps detected by the in-app tracking are not synced with our servers until you start using your Withings tracker again.
