睡眠スコアは、睡眠の質を理解するための非常にシンプルで直感的な方法です。Withings Pulseは毎晩睡眠を測定し、4つの重要な入力に基づき100点中何点かをお伝えいたします:

  •  持続時間(合計睡眠時間)
  •  深さ(回復段階、深い睡眠、レム睡眠に費やされた夜の部分)
  •  規則性(ベッドにいた時間と起きた時間の一貫性)
  •  中断目が覚めていた時間

睡眠の持続時間と深さは、睡眠のスコアを上げるための最も重要な要因です。睡眠の規則性、中断、眠るまでの時間、起きるまでの時間は睡眠衛生測定値です。それらは全体の睡眠体験を改善するための重要な要因です。
