• Health Mate - Android App - Viewing my measurements

  Weight measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap the Weight widget.
     
     If this screen is not displayed, swipe left or right in the top widget (colored part at the top of the screen) until you find it.
     You can also tap the latest weight measurement in your Timeline.
  3. Tap the tab you're interested in (Weight, Fat mass or BMI).
     

  The trend line represents the average value of your measurements. For a given day, it takes all of your past measurements into account, but it gives more importance to the more recent ones. The trend line helps you analyze your weight data by ignoring the fluctuations of measurements taken under unequal conditions.

   

  Blood pressure and heart rate measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap the latest heart rate or blood pressure measurement in your Timeline.
  3. Tap the tab you're interested in (Blood pressure or Heart rate).
     

  If you have any SpO2 measurements, they will be displayed in the Heart rate graph.

  Weight measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap +.
  3. Tap Weight.
  4. Enter the value and tap Save.

  Heart rate measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap +.
  3. Tap Heart rate.
  4. Gently place your finger in front of your phone's camera.
  5. Stay as still as possible during the measurement.

  Blood pressure measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap +.
  3. Tap Blood pressure.
  4. Enter the value and tap Save.

  You can also add data from the web dashboard through the import feature.

• Health Mate - Android App - 測定値の削除

  Health Mate アプリから、データを削除するには、次のステップに従ってください：

  1. Health Mate アプリを開きます。
  2. 削除したい測定値のグラフをタップします。
     体重、身長、心拍数、SpO2 グラフのデータに限り削除可能です。
  3. リストビューを選択します。
  4. 削除したい数値をタップします。
  5. 「 削除 」をタップします。

• Health Mate - Android App - Changing the height of a user

   

  1. Go to the web dashboard.
  2. Click Add a measurement.
     
  3. Click Height.
  4. Enter the height.
  5. Click Add.
