Should you skip the tutorials at first, you can always come back later in the Devices tab of your Withings App.
To access the tutorials, follow these steps:
- Open the Withings App.
- Tap your Devices in the upper right.
- Find your device and scroll down to "Discover".
- Tap the tutotial you want to see.
Once the setup is done, you can start exploring ScanWatch 2's features:

Navigation |
Learn how to use the crown of your watch to navigate the ScanWatch 2's menus and features. |

Notifications |
You will be able to choose the notifications you want to receive on your ScanWatch 2, both from app and from Withings App. |
|
Electrocardiogram (ECG) |
Learn how to perform an ECG. You will also be presented with indications for use during the tutorial. You will need to accept and activate them to go on.

Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) |
Discover the SpO2 feature and take your first SpO2 measurement. You will also be presented with indications for use during the tutorial. You will need to accept and activate them to go on. |

Respiratory scans |
Respiratory Scan will measure your heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation (spO2) levels, and movement throughout the night to provide complete maps of your sleep. |

Activity |
This allows you to update your daily steps goal and workout regularity. |

Workouts |
Enable Workouts to discover how to launch the workout mode and allow Withings App to access your location. Please keep in mind that without your location, you will not be able to track your outdoor workouts with GPS. |
|
Body temperature variation monitoring |
This feature uses our TempTech 24/7 module to track body temperature 24/7, including overnight and during a workout. Learn more here. |

Menstrual cycle tracking |
This mode will allow you to track your menstrual cycle. Learn more here. |

Irregular heart rhythm episodes |
When this feature is enabled, Withings ScanWatch 2 can identify episodes of irregular heart rhythm suggestive of atrial fibrillation. It does this by looking for irregular patterns in your heart rhythm in the background every 10 minutes. You will also be presented with indications for use during the tutorial. You will need to accept and activate them to go on. |
