To start tracking your sleep, you have to perform the following steps:

  1. Place your Withings Pulse in the sleep wristband.
  2. Place the wristband around your wrist.
  3. Press the button of your Withings Pulse until the Heart + Sleep screen is displayed.


  4. Tap the moon icon on the touch screen.
  5. Tap “ON” and swipe your finger to the left.
    “Good night!” is displayed on the touch screen.

To stop the sleep mode manually, you have to press the button of your Withings Pulse twice and then tap “OFF” while swiping your finger to the right. “Morning!” is displayed on the touch screen, followed by a progression bar showing how much you’ve slept.
