Note: With the release of the latest version of Health Mate Android 5.12.1, older versions of the app that were compatible with older versions of the Android OS have been removed for download from the Google Play Store. However, we have provided a workaround below to allow users with older versions of Android to still enjoy Health Mate. Please note that the older versions are functional but are no longer supported.
The Health Mate app is compatible with Android devices running Android 8 or higher (Android 6.0 and lower for Health Mate 4.10.1). Note however that Health Mate is only available to devices that have Google Play Store. Individual Withings products may have different compatibility requirements. Please see the Compatibility article of the product you are interested in to confirm your Android device will be compatible.
Workaround for users with older Android phones
If you are using an older version of Android, we will be able to provide you with the APK of the release that has been removed from the Google Play Store. This will allow you to download and install the app manually. Please see the steps below.
- Click on the link with your Android phones:
Health Mate 4.10.1 (for Android versions 4 and 5)
Health Mate 5.8.1 (for Android versions 6 and 7) - Follow the instructions on your phones in order to install the app.
- Open the app.
Note: While these older versions are still functional, we will not be able to offer full support for them. Thank you for your understanding.
