To change your daily step goal, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Go to your Timeline.
  3. Tap Goal.


    If this screen is not displayed, swipe left or right in the top widget (colored part at the top of the screen) until you find it.

  4. Tap Goal again for iOS.
  5. Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you want.
  6. Tap OK.
    The daily step goal only impacts the Health Mate app, not the display of the Withings Pulse™ Ox.

  7. Sync your Withings Pulse™ Ox.
