如果对讲功能似乎无法运行,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 如果 Home™ 旁边的人听不到您说话,请确保应用能够访问您移动设备的麦克风。
    To do so, open the app settings of your smartphone and select Home Cam.

  2. 如果您通过 Home™ 应用听不到 Home™ 旁边的人说话,请确认您移动设备的音量未调至最低。

如果依然存在问题,请点击页面底部的“联系我们”按钮,联系客户服务人员。
