If your Smart Body Analyzer doesn’t recognize you when you weigh in, your weight measurements will be listed as unknown measurements.

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Unknown measurements should appear in your notifications stack on the Home tab.
3. If you do not see any, tap the Devices icon in the upper-right corner.
   
   Then, tap Unknown measurements underneath the scale.
   
   
4. Tap on the measurement you want to assign.
   
5. Tap the user profile you want to assign it to.
   
6. Tap Confirm.
