  2. 转到时间线
  3. 点击目标


    如果该屏幕未显示,请左右滑动顶部的小部件(屏幕顶部的着色区域),直到找到该部件。

  4. 再次点击目标
  5. 点击每日步数目标,然后上下滑动,选择您的理想目标。
  6. 点击确定
  7. 打开 Health Mate® 应用,手指从上至下滑动刷新时间线,同步 Go。
