添加活动

要在 Health Mate 应用中添加活动,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 打开 Health Mate 应用。
  2. 点击“+”。
  3. 点击“活动”。
  4. 点击您想添加的活动。
    左右滑动可以浏览其他活动。
  5. 输入时长、开始时间和里程(若适用),然后移动“强度”滑块以显示您的运动强度。

    我们的算法会根据您设定的强度以及您的个人信息(性别、身高、体重)自动计算燃烧的卡路里数量。
  6. 点击“保存”。

编辑活动

您可以编辑手动添加或检测到的活动(步行、跑步或游泳)。为此,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 打开 Health Mate 应用。
  2. 在时间线项中点击您的活动。
  3. 点击“编辑”。
  4. 更改运动详情,然后点击“保存”以编辑活动,或点击“删除活动”将其删除。

目前,编辑检测到的跑步活动不会影响您后续跑步运动的步幅。注意:在即将发布的版本中,编辑检测到的跑步活动将会影响您后续跑步运动的步幅,以便您获取更准确的数据。
