如果在线控制面板或您好友的排行榜中未显示您的步数,可能是因为您的数据未与我们的服务器同步。同样,如果您的排行榜中未显示您好友的数据,是因为您的好友存在同步问题。

要解决此问题,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 确保您的移动设备能够通过 Wi-Fi 或 3G/4G 访问互联网。
  2. 如果您正在使用 I forgot my tracker(我忘了戴跟踪器)选项,取回后务必立即同步跟踪器。
    再次开始使用跟踪器后,应用内跟踪功能检测到的步数才会与我们的服务器同步。
