注意:
脂肪含量 + 骨质量 + 肌肉质量 = 100% 身体成分
由于肌肉和脂肪中有水分,在计算身体成分时,水分含量不能添加到其他指标中。

 


 

水分含量

体内水分总量是体内的液体总量。它包含细胞内水分和细胞外水分,后者是指细胞和组织中所含的水分。

例如,体脂含有大约 10% 的水分,而肌肉则含有大约 75% 的水分。

水分含量的正常范围如下:

 

脂肪含量

体脂由包含脂肪细胞的组织组成。女性的体脂主要积累在臀部和大腿上(称为女性型肥胖),而男性主要积累在腹部周围(称为男性型肥胖)。

与由肌肉、内脏和骨骼组成的非脂肪含量相对应的是脂肪含量。

肌肉质量

肌肉质量是指体内肌肉的重量。肌肉质量由 3 类肌肉组成:骨骼肌、平滑肌和心肌。

骨骼肌也叫作横纹肌,可自主控制。例如:肱二头肌是骨骼肌。

平滑肌是不可自主控制的非横纹肌,可不受自主意识控制自动收缩。例如,肠是平滑肌。

心肌介于骨骼肌和平滑肌之间:是不可自主控制的横纹肌。

骨质量是体内骨头的重量。Only the dry, fat-free skeleton mass is taken into account.
