要启用并设置闹钟,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 打开 Health Mate 应用。
  2. 转到“设备”。
  3. 转到Steel HR”>闹钟
  4. 将 Steel HR 放在离您的移动设备足够近的位置。
  5. 点击唤醒时间并上下滑动来选择闹钟时间。

  6. 如有必要,可以在设置闹钟时选择智能唤醒时间。
    Steel HR 会在该时间段内寻找最佳唤醒时机,为您提供更加顺畅的起床体验。
  7. 点击“确定”。
  8. 如果您想选择闹钟触发的日期,请点击“重复日期”。

  9. 点击背面按钮进行确认。

请注意,您可在 Steel HR 中设置最多 3 个闹钟。
 

要禁用闹钟,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 打开 Health Mate 应用。
  2. 转到“设备”
  3. 点击“Steel HR”>“闹钟”。
  4. 将 Steel HR 放在离您的移动设备足够近的位置。
  5. 点击“闹钟”开关来禁用闹钟。

  6. 点击屏幕左上角的返回箭头。
    您的闹钟即会禁用。

Snooze feature

When your Steel HR vibrates, simply long press the button to postpone the alarm for 10 minutes. 


停止闹钟

按 Steel HR 的按钮即可停止闹钟。闹钟会立即停止,而不是振动 8 次后自动停止。
