Note that third-party apps notifications are only available with firmware 4911 or higher (for Steel HR) / firmware 5301 or higher (for Steel HR Sport). Click here for more information.

iOS 用户

• iOS 13 and higher - If you are not receiving notifications from a specific app, please go to Settings > Notifications and select the app. There is a Show Previews field below the "Options" section. If the parameter is set to Never, you won't be able to receive notifications from the app in the watch. If When unlocked is selected, the notifications will be received even if the phone has a black screen.

• During product installation, if you had selected No Notifications, then please ensure that Share System Notifications is now enabled for notifications to work properly.

• Make sure that "Do not disturb" and/or "silent" mode are not activated on your phone. If they are activated, you may not be able to receive notifications.

Note: Make sure that the Withings App is activated in the Notification access screen on your phone. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Parameters.
   
2. Tap 'Special access' in the search bar and select Special app access.
   
3. Under Special app access, tap Notification access.
   
4. Enable Notification access for Withings App.

如果您仍然无法接收通知，请确认 Withings App 应用可使用手机的特定权限。请注意，Withings App 应用需要使用这些权限，才能在 Steel HR 上显示通知。

Reboot and factory reset instructions - iOS and Android users

1. Press and hold the button on the watch for 15-20 seconds.
2. Continue to hold the button as the watch cycles through the screens, until the screen turns off.
3. The screen will turn back on and display "Hello!" when the reboot is complete.

 If notifications are still not working properly, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the Settings of your mobile device, select Bluetooth and locate the watch in the list of devices. Select the small icon to the right of the watch and select the option to Forget or Remove the device. 
2. Press and hold the button on the side of the watch for 10 seconds. It will now display "Exit".
3. Press and hold the button on the side of the watch for 3 seconds until "Reset in 5 clicks" appears on the screen.
4. Press the button on the side of the watch 5 times: the display will count down from 5 to 1 with each press. The watch will then show go.withings.com.
5. Try the installation process again.
