睡眠评分用非常简单和直观的方式让您了解自己的睡眠质量。诺基亚Sleep / Sleep Analyzer监测每晚的睡眠情况,根据以下 6 个关键输入数据给出评分(总分为 100 分):

  • 时长(睡觉所用总时间)
  • 深度(恢复阶段、深度睡眠和快速眼动睡眠各占夜晚时间的比例)
  • 规律性(睡觉时间与起床时间之间的一致性)
  • 中断(清醒时长)
  • 入睡时间(入睡所需时间)
  • 起床时间(起床所需时间)

睡眠时长和深度是提高睡眠评分的两大最重要因素。睡眠规律性、中断、入睡时间和醒来是睡眠卫生的衡量标准。它们是改善整体睡眠体验的关键因素。
