If the language displayed on your scale is incorrect, please, make sure the language of your mobile device is correct.
If this doesn't solve your issue, go on with the following steps:
- Remove the batteries for 60 seconds and insert them again.
- Dissociate the scale from your account by going to Devices > Body+ > Dissociate.
- Remove it from the known devices in your Bluetooth settings.
- Make sure the language of your mobile device is correct.
- Install the scale again.
