多种运动功能如何工作?

从瑜伽、排球、划船到拳击、滑雪和冰球,Steel HR / Steel HR Sport 可跟踪多达 30 种运动。长按按钮可直接在手表屏幕上选择最爱的运动。短按按钮可浏览所有运动,找到您想要的运动并准备好开始锻炼后,长按按钮。

屏幕上显示的运动可从 Health Mate 应用设置中的一长串活动中选择。要更改运动,请执行以下步骤:

  1. 打开 Health Mate 应用。
  2. 转到“设备”>“Steel HR - Steel HR Sport”。.
  3. 点击“更多设置”>“运动屏幕定制”

  4. 选择并排列多达 6 种运动,以便您在手表上开始运动时可快速访问。

在运动模式中,Steel HR / Steel HR Sport 可跟踪您的连续心率和运动时长。运动结束后,您将在 Health Mate 应用中看到运动概况,其中显示了您的运动强度、处于各心率区间的时长,以及消耗的卡路里。

Steel HR / Steel HR Sport 将自动跟踪步行、跑步和游泳。要接收速度和路线等更多运动详情,建议手动启动运动模式。

在您选择一种运动数次后,Steel HR / Steel HR Sport 将学习其运动特点,以后便可识别。

如果您锻炼之前忘记启动运动,Steel HR / Steel HR Sport 将检测您的运动,并在 Health Mate 应用中添加一种未知运动。您可在应用中手动更改该运动的类型。
