Important: If you are currently encountering issues with your account creation via Google Sign-in, we recommend deleting the app then reinstalling it. Afterward, select Sign in (instead of Sign up) and delete duplicated users once you're in the app.

Note that our teams are currently working on a fix that will be available with the next version of the app.

Google Sign-in is a new feature that allows you to use your Gmail account to sign up or log in to Withings App. This feature is available for new and existing users.

To sign up or to log in with Google, perform the following steps:

1. Tap Sign Up or Log In.
   
2. Tap Continue with Google.
     
3. Tap Continue and follow the instructions.
   

Note :

• If you already have a Withings App account, you can use the new sign-in feature to log-in only if your Withings App account email is the same as your Google email.
• If you're new to Withings App, you can create a Withings account with any Google email account.
