多种运动功能如何工作?

从瑜伽、排球、划船到拳击、滑雪和冰球,Withings Move 可跟踪多达 30 种运动。

按住 Withings Move 的按钮约一秒钟直至其振动,即可启动训练环节。手表将切换至计时器:Withings Move 的分针将显示秒数,时针将显示分钟数。

您可以在计时器和实际时间之间切换,只需快速按两次按钮。

运动结束后,您将收到通知,提示您打开 Health Mate 应用。Health Mate 应用中显示的已检测活动可从 Health Mate 应用设置中的一长串活动中修改。

您将在 Health Mate 应用中看到运动概况,其中显示了您的运动时长、运动强度、里程、速度以及消耗的卡路里。

Withings Move 是否仍然能够自动识别运动?

Withings Move 将自动跟踪步行、跑步、游泳和骑自行车。要接收速度和路线等更多运动详情,建议手动启动运动模式。

在您选择一种运动数次后,Withings Move 将学习其运动特点,以后便可识别。

如果您锻炼之前忘记启动运动,Withings Move 会检测您的运动,并在 Health Mate 应用中添加一种未知运动。您可在应用中手动更改该运动的类型。
