Strava 屏幕上无数据

  1. 确保 Health Mate 应用中的用户资料已关联至 Strava 帐户。为此,请打开 Health Mate 应用,转到“个人资料”>“Strava”。以下屏幕表明您的用户资料已关联至 Strava。

  2. 确认 Withings 活动手表/跟踪器上的 Strava 屏幕已激活。为此,转到“设备”>“屏幕定制”,然后查看“Strava - 每周里程”。

    注意:Strava 屏幕仅可用于与关联至 Strava 帐户的 Health Mate 用户资料关联的 Withings 手表/活动跟踪器。
  3. 禁用并重新启用智能手机的蓝牙功能以同步数据。
  4. 确认您的 Withings 活动手表/跟踪器为最新版本,并确认您已安装最新版 Health Mate 应用。


无法将数据导出至 Strava 帐户

  1. 确保 Health Mate 应用中的用户资料已关联至 Strava 帐户。为此,请打开 Health Mate 应用,转到“个人资料”>“Strava”。
  2. 如以下屏幕所示,确认已启用“激活共享”。
