If you do not see a breakdown of your Readiness data, then it is most likely because no sleep or activity data was received by the Withings App in the last 24 hours. To compute your Readiness, both your sleep (Recovery) from last night and your activity (Effort) from yesterday is needed.
Please check the following to ensure that your sleep and activity data is being synced:
- Wear your tracking device consistently. Our step trackers need to be worn in the daytime to track your step activity, and at night to track your sleep. If you are using a Sleep/Sleep Analyzer for sleep tracking, make sure that it is installed correctly under your bed.
- Make sure your device is charged and kept at a healthy battery level consistently. A healthy battery life will ensure that activity and sleep is tracked without delay. Lower battery life may also prevent the device from syncing, which will prevent the data from appearing in the Withings app. 20% or more battery life is recommended for reliable functionality.
-
Make sure that you are reliably syncing data with the Withings app.
- To do this, go to the Home tab in the Withings App and pull down from the top of the screen to refresh the data and trigger a sync. Your data should appear within moments. If not, please see our troubleshooting articles specific to your device.
- Additionally, make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your phone, your tracker is near your phone when syncing, and that the Withings App is allowed to run in the background. - Enable data sharing with another data source. If you are using another data source to track data (i.e. another tracking device or your mobile device itself), you can share data between the partner app and the Withings App by navigating to the Share tab, selecting your partner app, and following the on-screen instructions.
