Note: You will need to install your U-Scan before you can access your Measurement Plan and subscription details.
When your Cartridge's Measurement Plan expires, the option to re-subscribe to it will appear in the Withings App in the Home tab:
To re-subscribe to your Cartridge within the Withings App, follow these steps:
- Open the Withings App and locate the U-Scan widget.
- Tap Re-subscribe to Nutrio on the widget.
- On the next screen, tap Re-subscribe to Nutrio to move forward.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
You can also re-subscribe to your Cartridge by adjusting your subscription details in your web browser:
Log into the Online Dashboard.
Select Subscriptions and devices.
In the 'Manage my subscriptions' screen, your subscriptions are categorized as Active or Inactive. In this scenario, your Cartridge subscription will most likely be in the Inactive section.
Tap Subscribe on your inactive Cartridge subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
