With the release of Firmware 3691, we bring several significant updates.

✨ New Features, Optimizations, and Enhancements

• Introducing the U-Scan Calci Cartridge
  This firmware update is the first to include support for the new Calci Cartridge. Calci is focused on proactive kidney health tracking and with it you will now be able to measure and track key biomarkers related to kidney stone formation, including:
  • Calcium
  • Bio-Acidity (urinary pH)
  • HydroStatus (Specific Gravity)
• Optimized Nutrio Cartridge Performance 
  Nutrio's data analysis software and algorithms have been improved, leading to more precise and consistent measurements for your metabolic and nutritional tracking.
• Faster Measurement Results 
  The measurement data sharing process has been optimized, which means that U-Scan now processes your test results more efficiently and sends the data to the Withings app more quickly, so there's less waiting to see your insights.
• Improved Post-Rinsing Communication
  • Solid Green Status Light: Confirms the rinse was successful and the device is clean and ready for the next use.
  • Solid Red Status Light: Indicates the rinse failed or an error occurred. You will be prompted to check the app for instructions, which may involve rinsing the device again.

🔧 Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements

We are focused on making your U-Scan experience seamless and reliable. This update addresses several bugs and improves overall performance.

• Improved Battery Life 
  We've optimized the device's power management so that U-Scan will now use its battery more efficiently, extending the time between charges.
• Smarter Notifications
  We fixed the double notification bug. You will no longer receive two separate, redundant alerts when your device finishes charging and completes its cleaning cycle. You'll now get one single, consolidated notification.
• Improved "Clogged" Warning
  Your U-Scan is now smarter about its own health. If the internal fluidic system becomes clogged, the device will now send a specific "Clogged" warning to your app, allowing you to resolve the issue immediately.
• Enhanced Wi-Fi Stability
  We've resolved a key Wi-Fi connectivity issue. The update strengthens the device's ability to find, connect, and stay connected to your Wi-Fi network, ensuring your results sync reliably.
• Measurement Start-Up Fixed
  We corrected a bug that could occasionally cause an error when you tried to launch a measurement or activate a new cartridge. This process is now more robust, ensuring your device is ready when you are.
