With the arrival of the Calci Cartridge, you now have more options for essential biomarkers to track. At some point in your U-Scan journey, you may want to change to another type of Cartridge. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this.

When you change your Cartridge type, your current Cartridge subscription will be cancelled and your new Cartridge subscription will begin at the end of your current billing period. You will begin receiving the new Cartridge type regularly until you choose to try another type of Cartridge. 

To change your Cartridge Type in the Withings app:

1. Open the Withings App
2. Go to Devices > U-Scan > Manage Cartridge.
3. Tap Subscription.
4. Tap on your current active Cartridge subscription.
5. In the Manage My Subscriptions section, scroll down to Cartridge Type under 'Subscription Details' and tap the Edit icon.
6. The next screen will show available Cartridge subscriptions.
   Select from the available options and tap Confirm subscription.
7. A message will appear informing you that your current Cartridge subscription will be cancelled and your new Cartridge subscription will begin at the end of your current billing period.
8. Tap Continue Subscription to confirm.

To change your Cartridge Type on the Web Dashboard:

1. Go to Your Account.
2. Click Subscriptions and devices.
3. Click Manage under your current active Cartridge subscription. A pop-up will appear on the right side of the screen.
4. Click on your Cartridge subscription under 'U-Scan Cartridges.'
5. In the Manage My Subscriptions section, scroll down to Cartridge Type under 'Subscription Details' and tap the Edit icon.
6. The next screen will show available Cartridge subscriptions.
   Select from the available options and tap Confirm subscription.
7. A message will appear informing you that your current Cartridge subscription will be cancelled and your new Cartridge subscription will begin at the end of your current billing period.
8. Tap Continue Subscription to confirm.
