After a recorded workout you will receive an intensity rating in the Withings App based on a combination of your measured heart-rate and calorie burning calculations. Each type of workout has its own ranges and those are adjusted by your personal age, weight, height and gender.
The ratings are as follows:
- High Intensity: You maintained a high heart rate for the majority of the workout and burned more than the average amount of calories for this session.
- Medium Intensity: You maintained a standard heart rate for the majority of the workout and burned roughly the average amount of calories for this session.
- Low Intensity: Your heart rate remained lower than expected and your burned a lower than average amount of calories for this session.
