To import data from another app into the Withings app, follow these steps:
- Open the Withings App and go to the Share Tab.
- Select the app that you want to import data from:
- Apple Health (iOS)
- Health Connect (Android) - Follow the on-screen instructions to access your desired app's Privacy Settings and add the data you want to share with the Withings app.
- To add or remove shared data, go back into your phone's Privacy Settings and select the synced app. You can then edit what is shared between the apps.
